About Us

KW TITANS BANNER AND SHIELD LOGO

We are Canada's first not-for-profit professional basketball team

Our Mission:

To uplift our community and empower youth through sport with a focus on teamwork, inclusion and positive change.

What We Do:

We play great basketball. The KW Titans maintained top seed in the BSL's inaugural season with a roster that included top NCAA D1 athletes and playmakers from leagues across America, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

We support our community on and off the court. We partner with featured charities at each home game and provide a platform for 75+ community organizations each season, including schools and community groups. The KW Titans also participate in outreach efforts throughout the year.

We empower youth. We pledge to invest any profits into local youth sports, and Titans Skills Academy is the only basketball training program in the Region taught exclusively by pro players and coaches.

Team History:

The KW Titans were established in 2016 as part of the National Basketball League of Canada (NBLC) by founders Ball Construction, Jeff Berg and Brian Foster.

David and Kate Schooley purchased the team in 2022 with the goal of handing it back to the community, and established its not-for-profit status a year later. They moved the team to the Basketball Super League (BSL) in 2023.
